Our Services
We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs
We provide comprehensive, minimally invasive neurovascular care using advanced imaging and endovascular techniques. Our services are delivered by fellowship-trained specialists focused on safety, precision, and patient-centered outcomes.
Migraines / TEMMA — Targeted Embolization for Migraine Management
TEMMA is an innovative, minimally invasive treatment designed for people with severe migraines. By selectively targeting the middle meningeal artery (MMA), a vessel involved in migraine pain signaling, TEMMA aims to reduce migraine frequency, severity, and medication dependence. The procedure is image-guided, does not involve brain surgery, and is typically performed as a same-day outpatient treatment.

Stroke
We provide rapid, advanced treatment for acute ischemic stroke, including mechanical thrombectomy to remove clots from brain arteries. Fast, expert intervention can dramatically improve recovery and long-term outcomes. Our team works closely with emergency departments and neurologists to deliver timely, life-saving care.
Brain Aneurysm
Brain aneurysms are weakened areas in blood vessels that can rupture and cause bleeding. We treat aneurysms using minimally invasive techniques such as coil embolization and flow-diverting stents, often avoiding open surgery. Our approach focuses on reducing rupture risk while preserving normal blood flow.

Carotid / Vertebral Artery Disease
Arterial disease occurs when plaque narrows the arteries supplying blood to the brain, increasing stroke risk. We offer advanced imaging and minimally invasive treatments such as carotid stenting to restore blood flow and reduce the chance of stroke, especially in patients who may not be ideal candidates for surgery.
Cerebral Angiography
Cerebral angiography is a specialized imaging procedure that allows doctors to see the blood vessels of the brain in high detail. It is often used to diagnose aneurysms, vascular malformations, blockages, or sources of bleeding. The procedure is minimally invasive and typically performed through a small catheter in the wrist or groin.

Subdural Hematoma
A subdural hematoma is a collection of blood on the surface of the brain, often caused by minor head trauma, especially in older adults. We offer middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolization, a minimally invasive treatment that reduces the risk of hematoma recurrence and may prevent the need for repeat surgery.
Vascular Dissection
A vascular dissection occurs when a tear forms in the lining of an artery, potentially disrupting blood flow or causing stroke. We evaluate dissections using advanced imaging and treat selected cases with minimally invasive endovascular techniques, focusing on stabilizing the vessel and preventing complications.

Epistaxis (Severe Nosebleeds)
For patients with severe or recurrent nosebleeds that do not respond to standard treatments, we offer embolization to block the small blood vessels causing bleeding. This targeted, minimally invasive approach can provide rapid and durable relief while avoiding more invasive surgical procedures.
